To create Mailchimp customised templates tailored for ease of use by a team with limited design and coding experience. Designing subscription emails aligned with the John Lewis brand, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across all Affiliate marketing touchpoints.

Responsive HTML emails:

I designed and developed multiple responsive email formats, built using HTML5 and CSS3. Each template adhered closely to John Lewis brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent a across platforms and devices. Mailchimp modules were developed for simple CMS usage.

The result — All templates enabled the Marketing Affiliates team to easily build and update emails in editable content blocks without endangering the layout. Extended from Internal and External use.

Mailchimp Handover:

Modules — Logo, Navigation, Header image, Header headline 1 + 2, Header CTA button, Image item, item header, Item CTA, Product image, and Footer.

Templates — Four distinct templates were developed — each with its own layout tailored to different product configurations and content needs. These templates supported engaging subscription content, maintained full alignment with John Lewis branding.
